For years my father-in-law asked me tech questions. How do I attach a photo to an email? Why has this stopped working? Small things, easily answered.
But he lives overseas. He’d write in his morning and I’d reply in the middle of his night. By the time the answer arrived, the moment had passed.
Then I noticed he’d started saving his questions up, two or three at a time, so he wouldn’t be a nuisance.
So we built something he could ask whenever he wanted, wherever he was. Something patient, happy to explain the same thing again, and that keeps the answer for him. That became Oskoole.
